R7S FM Databases collects only the information needed to operate the website and community features. Guest use remains available for browsing, polls and comments. Official R7S Legends database and facepack downloads require an active 12-month R7S Membership. Payment is processed by Stripe without automatic renewal. If you create an R7S account, Supabase Auth processes your private sign-in email and R7S stores your account identifier, public username, optional avatar URL and bio, community badges, your posts, saved polls, followed discussions and notification preferences. Your username, avatar, bio, football-style community level, engagement badges, supporter tier logo and community posts may be shown publicly; your account email and exact support total are kept private. Completed optional support can be linked to a verified R7S account using the supporter email so the correct cumulative supporter tier can be displayed. Guest comments can also include a display name, comment, optional private contact email, screenshots or GIFs, poll votes, article and comment reactions, and abuse-prevention identifiers. Comment media is stored with the community submission and may be displayed publicly while the related comment is visible. R7S may create in-site notifications and, when you enable them, send reply or followed-discussion email notifications. Guest commenting requires a private email so R7S can send a direct-reply alert at that address and give the commenter a way to return to the conversation. Vercel hosts the website, while Supabase provides database, authentication and storage services used by the project. Resend processes email addresses and limited delivery metadata for requested R7S emails; release and newsletter update emails include an unsubscribe option, while account reply notifications can be switched off in your R7S account. Stripe processes payment information directly when optional support payments are enabled; R7S FM Databases does not receive or store full card details. For password account creation, R7S checks password strength and uses the Have I Been Pwned Pwned Passwords range service with a k-anonymity hash prefix, so the full password is not sent to that service. When Cloudflare Turnstile is configured, Cloudflare may process limited browser, network and device signals to distinguish people from automated traffic. Personal data is not sold to advertisers. Information is retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the relevant feature, protect the service, keep required records or resolve reports. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information through the project contact channel published on the website. Signed-in creators may submit downloadable Football Manager resources such as databases, facepacks, tactics, skins, graphics and related project files. R7S stores the resource metadata and, for directly hosted uploads, the uploaded file in project storage; externally hosted submissions store the creator-provided download URL instead. Published resource titles, descriptions, creator usernames, files or download links, view counts, comment counts and download counts are public. These records may also be used for ranking and abuse prevention. When you are signed in, R7S may associate first-party engagement events such as page activity, clicks, submissions, downloads, shares, searches and feature interactions with your account to understand community participation, operate recognition features and help admins review optional community rewards; passwords, private form contents and private-message bodies are not stored in these engagement analytics.
